GROUP DINING RESERVATION AGREEMENT

This document outlines the terms and conditions for large-party reservations at Framingham Station LLC. By proceeding with a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. No-Show Policy: The restaurant allows a grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. After 15 minutes, the reservation will be considered a “No-Show.” You must provide a final guest count at least 24 hours before the event. If you fail to update the number of guests within this timeframe or do not show up, you will be responsible for paying 90% of the estimated bill based on the last update count. The estimated bill is calculated on the number of guests in the reservation and the price of the full rodizio.

  2. Time Limit: Each party is allowed a time limit of 2 hours. If the event exceeds the agreed-upon time, an additional charge of $100 for every 30 minutes may apply. The 2-hour time limit starts at the time the reservation is scheduled.

With the reservation, you agree to the terms laid out by Framingham Station LLC.
